1. Reservations & Refunds
Batch 01 reservations are 100% refundable at any time prior to final sizing confirmation and shipment. Paid trailhead demo fees in Squamish, Jackson Hole, or Moab can be applied in full toward your system purchase.
2. Recreational Use
MO/GO is a recreational mobility garment designed for hiking and mountaineering approaches, not a medical prosthesis. Climbers should always be prepared to descend safely unassisted if the battery depletes.
3. Two-Year Warranty
Every MO/GO system includes a 2-year limited warranty covering the rotary actuators, internal carbon cuffs, and Climber Battery Packs under normal alpine trail use.
