1. On-Device Telemetry
MO/GO operates 100% offline in backcountry environments. Stride sensor signals used to compute uphill assistance and downhill joint offloading run locally on embedded processors inside your knee modules and are never uploaded to external servers.
2. Reservation Data
When you submit a reservation or inquiry, we collect only your name, email address, pant size preference, and optional message in our Flino CMS (`inquiries` collection) to manage your allocation and fit verification.
3. Data Sharing
We never sell or trade your personal data. Sizing preferences are shared solely with our fulfillment team to prepare your tailored Arc'teryx Gamma EX pant and carbon cuffs.
4. Your Rights
To access, update, or delete your reservation record, contact privacy@skipwithjoy.com or reach out via our Contact page.
